Sufa Matriculation Higher Secondary School with the vision to impart effective education was started by Sufa Educational Trust in the year 2010 with the concerted effort of volunteers, who stood up for the community for its upliftment, fulfillment and standardization in their field of education. The main objective of Sufa Educational Trust is to support the society by providing them with high educational standards. The other functions of the trust includes

• Helping the poor students with scholarships
• facilitating the community people with ambulance services
• free medical camps
• financial supports for the widows and destitute

Intending to this, Sufa Matriculation Higher Secondary School started functioning with effect from 10th June 2010 from the classes Pre K.G. to 5th standard with the total strength of 70 students, 7 teachers and a Principal under the guidance and Supervision of Sufa Educational Trust with the objectives

• To teach our students to strive excellence in all that they do.
• To teach our students social awareness and responsibility through involvement in community causes.
• To educate the child, physically, spiritually, intellectually and emotionally.
• To teach the concept of faith with action through the example of our staff and administration.
• To educate our students to build bridges with youths from other communities of faith and be a positive influence in a pluralistic society.

Acknowledging the educational quality, achievements and discipline of the students, in the successive years the classes got upgraded from Nursery and Primary to Higher secondary level. In the year 2016-17 the School got Recognition from the Government of TamilNadu, In 2017-18 the first Batch of Secondary School was started and now in the current academic year 2022-23 with the strength of about 800 the institution has stepped up as Higher Secondary School.

By the Grace of Almighty, in all the Board Examinations the Students have produced results of 100 percent pass and more than 60 percent of the students have secured the First Class.

In order to provide the children to grow physically and mentally healthy and to show case the sportive spirit, Boys and Girls eagerly participated in the major games like Football, Throw ball, Kabadi, Ball badminton, Shuttle, Table Tennis & Tennikoit and in the Athletics events, Throwing events, Relay and won various prizes in zonal and district level. Extra time is allotted for the Sports Practices in the evening sessions under the supervision of the experienced Physical Director and Trainers

Karate classes for Boys and Girls separately are also conducted for the interested students.

• Experiential learning method with CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation) proposed by Government of Tamilnadu is being followed.



Through these years, the institution is striving hard in its mission statement, to provide the students with excellent skills, while instilling sound moral values and foster in them the characteristic to enable them to acquire the necessary tools to face future life challenges as caring Indian citizens. To attain these objectives, the school follows the guidelines as per the expectations and requirements of the Government of Tamil Nadu School Education Department. In addition to these the school also offers them with Arabic language and Islamic Studies




School provides each student a diverse education in a safe, supportive environment that promotes self-discipline, motivation, and excellence in learning. The team enjoins the parents and community to assist the students in developing skills to become independent and self-sufficient adults who will succeed and contribute responsibility in a global community.




Every year many competitions like essay writing, recitation, speech, coloring, arts and craft, drawing and handwriting competition were conducted at regular interval to improve students’ imagination and creativity. Every end of the term exams, Open day with parents was conducted, results were progressed and appropriate improvement in the children’s learning was taken care.




Sports day and Annual Day are celebrated every year. Felicitations are given by awarding the winners with the prizes and certificates. In 2015-16 His Excellency, Dr. K.ROSIAH, Governor of TamilNadu consented to be our chief guest for our Annual day Function.




All aspects of the school's organization, curricular, and co curricular activities are child centered and designed to accommodate individual learning styles so that all may experience success.




The Board of Directors believes that an effective instructional program requires an orderly and safe school environment. Tremendous efforts have been taken by them to organize the suggested guidelines. The staff and administration are taking efforts to execute them in order.
